Thanks for rolling with the adoption of Swimtopia for the team. It's been a learning process across the JSL, so your patience as we navigate this change is appreciated!

To make sure you are receiving Alerts from coaches, the parent committee, and others, make sure you have Push Notifications Turned On for the Swimtopia app on your phone. You'll want to do this to keep up-to-speed on weather alerts for meets, practice cancellations, and other news. We promise not to spam you, and you should not receive ads from Swimtopia. You can learn how to turn these settings on (or confirm that you do have them setup) at the links below:

Note: You will only receive an E-mail of the Alert if you have not setup the Swimtopia App. If you are setup on the app, you will not receive E-mails of the alerts.

We also will be pushing Alerts to the News page of our Swimtopia website. So if you have not received an Alert, but are curious about whether practice is cancelled, the meet has been delayed, etc., check there as well. 

FYI: We will be running a test of the Swimtopia Alerts system tomorrow at Noon ET to make sure that Notifications are reaching the team. No action will be required from you.
